So how does this work in practice? Do i get points every time I change roles? Or are they tallied at the end of the revolution?

My intent was 'per turn', but it's not actually that clear in the rule. Not sure if that was widely assumed/understood. We might have to work on that principle until it can be revised. Mike proposed something last game which would allow rewordings for the sake of clarity - might be worth consideration.
