318 - Players who fail to state they are away (as per 314.iii) and who auto-skip three of their proposals in a row are automatically removed from the game.

Nothing to do with my current frustrations, honest. Thoughts?

Ok, maybe I was a bit rash.

201. Players shall alternate in alphabetical order by surname, taking one whole turn apiece. Turns may not be skipped or passed, and parts of turns may not be omitted. All players begin with zero points.

Suggest we amend to:

318. Players shall alternate in alphabetical order by surname. Players are entitled to take one whole turn apiece, however players can agree to sell/buy turns, as long as both parties state their agreement in public. All players begin with zero points.

Your proposal is not required to achieve the transactions you require.

However 201 currently states: "Turns may not be skipped or passed", so as per 116, I can't sell my turns, unless 201 changes

Looks like 201 needs repealing. As the rule currently stand all the skipping and passing isn't really legal because rule 211 states:

If two or more mutable rules conflict with one another, or if two or more immutable rules conflict with one another, then the rule with the lowest ordinal number takes precedence.

Given rule 201 has a lower ordinal number than all the proposed rules then skipping and passing are still illegal.

The alternative would be to change 211
