I'm doing what I want

Admin tools allow me to delete proposals which are out of turn (and therefore not part of the game, I believe), rename topics, do all sorts of stuff.
In my understanding, none of the rules speak to permissions to manage the forum itself, so I'm just doing so.
We could propose to introduce rules for administration of the game itself, until we do, it's not illegal.
It's not in my interest to ruin the game so I'll assume you're fine with this unless you say otherwise.

My observations are:

• Too many forums and topics in one to one relationships - makes navigation a bit clunky. Ref scoring:scoring:scores, rules:rules:rules.
  
• Not convinced of the value of iterating the outcome of proposals into amendments posts, considering the proposals have the details (and passed/rejected status baked in)
  
• Want to add a 'current scores' zone
  
• Note natural structure puts newest topics at the top of a forum, proposals and general discussion are working nicely
  

My proposals are:

• Stop writing amendments posts distinct from proposal outcomes
  
• Put Rules and Scores into common forum as stickies
  
• Add current scores to top of scoring thread
  
• Put proposals threads in common forum under rules and scores
  
• Keep 'not in the game' topics out
